What we collect

• Account data — name, work email, and company, when you sign up or contact us.
• Consent records — on behalf of our customers, the consent choices their visitors make. This includes a pseudonymous subject ID, the scopes chosen, policy version, region, and timestamp. We act as a processor for this data; the customer is the controller.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting product analytics so we can improve the service.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data. We don't use consent records for advertising. We don't fingerprint visitors or track them across unrelated sites.

Why we collect it

To run the service, keep an accurate consent ledger for our customers, secure the platform, and comply with our own legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@teanakw.com and we'll respond within the timeframe your law requires. If you're a visitor to a customer's site, contact that site — they control the record, and we'll assist them.

Where data lives

By default, data is stored in the region tied to your plan. Scale customers can pin storage to the EU or US. We use reputable infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements.

Retention

Consent records are kept as long as the customer's account is active, or as required to demonstrate compliance, then deleted on request. Account data is removed within 30 days of account closure, minus anything we must keep by law.
